**Key Responsibities**:

- FI/NBFI portfolio management for APAC region. Be responsible for credit risk analysis from 1.5/ 2nd line risk perspective, but with no approval delegation
- Recommend proposals to local credit committee for approval, and if successful, proceed to HO level for approval.
- Subsequent to onboarding clients, perform credit risk monitoring / annual review process
- Cover 9 countries in APAC (including North Asia and Southeast Asia)
- Limits include involve derivative limits, cash limits, settlement limits, and investment purposes (issuer limits - for bank securities issuance where the bank may invest, or lend, via interbank money markets).
- Products involved are primarily markets (e.g. money markets, FX trading, IRD)
- No delegation for approvals - all proposals are centralized and approved at HO level. This role has the authority only to decline, or recommend proposals.
- Hands-on management of portfolio if 120 existing bank counterparties, and performing credit reviews
- Liaison with HO and global network for the global credit limit review of APAC counterparties
- NBFI counterparties include leasing companies (syndicated/ bilateral loans)
- Corporates credit risk analysis experience is advantageous, but not necessary
