Job Overview:
We are lookingfor an Experienced Bookkeeper cum Administrative Assistant (6months contract) to join our team. This role will be responsiblefor managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records,and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-dayoperations. The ideal candidate is proficient in bookkeeping, hasstrong organizational skills, and can multitaskeffectively.


Key Responsibilities:
A) Bookkeeping Duties:
 Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for both hardcopyand digital documents.
 Record financial transactionsin the bank book and QuickBooks software.
 Processaccounts payable and receivable, including invoicing andpayments.
 Maintain general ledger accounts andfinancial reports.
 Assist in payroll processing andensure accurate employee records.
 Prepare paymentvouchers and assist in preparing payment for payouts.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
 Update financial and administrative reports andstatements.


B) Administrative Duties:
 Handle generaladministrative tasks, such as organizing documents and assistingwith office
duties.
 Manage office supplies,correspondence, scheduling.
 Handle emails and othercommunications.
 Maintain and organize company recordsand documents.
 Assist in HR-related and Operationsrelated tasks.
 Provide general support to managementand staff.


Skills & Requirements:
 Bookkeeping knowledgewith an understanding of financial transactions.
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or arelated field.
 Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications (Excel, Word, etc.).
 Good in data entryand experience using accounting software (QuickBooks).
Problem-solving ability to identify and resolve discrepancies infinancial records.
 Detail-oriented with the ability towork under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 Abilityto multitask and work e iciently in a fast-paced environment.
 Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a good teamplayer.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handlesensitive information
