Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to join our team at International Business Capital (IBC). This is a 6-month contract position that requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in bookkeeping, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing and record-keeping management.
- Financial transaction recording and reconciliation.
- Accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Payroll processing and employee record maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
