Part-Time Bookkeeper/Operations Administrator

· Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
· Handle Giro Applications and Staff Expenses Claim.
· Generation, Collation and Documentation of Reports.
· Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
· Assist with the preparation of Quarterly GST filing submissions.
· Manage work pass applications and all relevant insurances.
· Perform general administrative duties related to the day-to-day operations of the school and provide customer services to walk-in and call-in customers.
· Preparation of instruments/books requested by the branches.
· Inventory tabulation and management.
· Perform other ad-hoc assignment duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Possess at least a Diploma qualification.
· Basic accounting or bookkeeping work experience.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
· High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Able to work on permanent part-time basis.
· 4-day work week; Tuesday to Friday, 9:30am to 3:30pm
