Roles & Responsibilities

We have an opening for an Administration Assistant - preferably Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.

About the role

  • Responsible for administrative and bookkeeping functions
  • Performing general administrative duties such as filing and document management
  • Prepare monthly payrolls
  • Bookkeeping, knowledge of MYOB will be an added advantage
  • Prepare invoices
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers relating to invoices
  • Follow up with payment collection and payments
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
