Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts job duties:

  • Candidates who possess Professtional Certificate / NITEC in Finance/Accountancy/Bookkeeping or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of related working experience
  • With working experience using MYOB, GST filing.
  • Duties involve AP, AR, Bank reconcilation, workers payroll, tax filing, liaise with auditors and banks, maintain proper filing system & documention, any other accounting related work.

Administrative job duties:

  • General office administrative duties, filing, purchasing, maintenance of office equipment, stationery and consumable supplies, answering phone calls.
  • Work passes - To make work pass applications, work pass renewals, work pass transfers, work pass cancellations of foreign workers, repatriation of workers.
  • Computation of workers monthly salary and overtime pay.
  • Liaise with work sites for site requirments on materials, manpower, transportation etc.
  • Assist in preparation of project tender documents eg. request for quotations from vendors.
  • Able to manage tasks with minimum supervision.
