- Involve in Payroll cycles and submission of Payroll reports.
- Administer and maintain accurate and up to date employee database record.
- Process claim for Government Paid Leave and submission online.
- Support compensation review exercises.
- Administer Performance Management Platform.
- Support in Bonus, Pay Reviews /Increment & Promotion exercise.
- Handles Benefits administration.
- Work with Business Partner to advise employees on Compensation & Benefits policies.
- Any other HR/Payroll duties
Requirement
- At least 1 years of experience
- Detail-oriented with time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 5 Days Work Week
