What you'll be doing
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders as a trusted advisor by providing strategic and value-added guidance on people management and organisational development
- Offer professional advice and support on HR policies, employment regulations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, rewards strategies, and leadership appointments
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to implement HR initiatives, programmes, and services effectively
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure adequate staffing levels in alignment with workforce plans and business needs
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations, accreditation requirements, and relevant policies
- Provide recommendations and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture
- Lead and/ or participate in organisational projects, events, and committees as assigned
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource Management or related studies
- 7 - 8 years of similar healthcare managerial experience within HR, preferably in hospital settings
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Critical thinking and adaptability to address challenges and improve processes
- Familiarity with labour laws, HR policies, and industry best practices
