What you'll be doing
- Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and provide HR solutions based on data-driven insights
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business needs and operational goals
- Manage talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management for key roles
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws
- Work closely with employees to foster engagement, boost morale, and improve retention
- Oversee HR policies, audits, and workforce planning in collaboration with HR shared services
- Identify gaps in HR processes and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency
- Support leadership development and organisational growth through strategic HR initiatives
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level from a recognised institute in Human Resource
- 3 - 4 years of experience in HR Business Partnering
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices, with the ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism
- Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in numerical analysis, proposal preparation, and presenting insights to stakeholders
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with senior leaders on strategic HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
