Human Resource Manager, Healthcare Business Partner

What you'll be doing
- Act as a trusted HR advisor by building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing strategic guidance on people management and organisational development
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment regulations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, rewards strategies, and leadership appointments
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to implement and drive effective HR initiatives, programmes, and services
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure optimal staffing levels aligned with workforce plans and business objectives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, accreditation requirements, and internal policies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives by providing recommendations and supporting interventions
- Lead and participate in organisational projects, events, and committees as assigned to contribute to continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource Management or related studies
- 7 - 8 years of similar healthcare managerial experience within HR, preferably in hospital settings
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Critical thinking and adaptability to address challenges and improve processes
- Familiarity with labour laws, HR policies, and industry best practices
