What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with business units and employees to provide insightful guidance, support, and services that drive talent attraction, retention, development, recognition, and engagement
  • Oversee and execute key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, employee recognition, internal communications, and staff well-being initiatives
  • Foster an open and inclusive workplace culture by actively engaging employees through regular walkabouts and dialogue sessions, serving as a trusted and neutral channel for feedback
  • Contribute to organisational growth by participating in key projects and events, ensuring alignment with the hospital's mission and HR objectives
  • Champion employee engagement and innovation, supporting initiatives that promote wellness, work-life balance, corporate social responsibility, and continuous improvement in workplace processes
  • Take on additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Unit, ensuring seamless implementation of strategic HR initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource Management
  • 3 - 4 years of human resource business partner experience with healthcare settings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with employees at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and act as a neutral and effective mediator in employee interactions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and propose meaningful solutions
  • Experience in organising corporate events, wellness programmes, or CSR initiatives is a plus
