Regional Manager, HR

Job Summary

  • This position is an HR generalised role with team lead responsibility. The incumbent will oversee a team of HR professionals to support the business and provide the employee lifecycle services.

Key Accountabilities

  • Overseeing the HR process delivery in areas of manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, discipline and grievances, and other related HR services.
  • Responsible for major HR deliverables for the business units and ensuring all the HR initiatives are performed in accordance with HR guidelines and compliance with countries laws and regulations while balancing the specific needs of business operations.
  • Collaboration with SEA Regional HR on HR strategies and organisational-wide projects and to drive Group’s initiatives and action plans to meet organisation’s goals and objectives.
  • Identifies business needs and provides advice, guidance and creates sustainable solutions in addressing employee and organisational challenges.
  • Partnership with business leaders to develop and executive HR strategies. Drives key initiatives and projects in areas such as organisation design, brand presences, diversity, and leadership development.
  • Establish strong & influential relationships with leaders and managers in your client group, providing sound advice, support and guidance aligned with HR & business strategy.
  • Build and promote employee engagement, champion of employee and organisational change management development activities.

Key Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • With 8 – 10 years working as HR Generalist and at least 2 years in managing teams.
  • Preferably with working experience in a multi-national Company.
  • Proficient with Singapore Labor Law including Employment Act
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of people.
  • Strong analytical skills with critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Able to work independently, pro-active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
