Roles & Responsibilities

MNC looking for HR manager


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions and lead the HR teams in other subsidiaries.
  • Develop and implement processes, programs, and systems in support of HR strategy ensuring superior customer experience, effectiveness, and efficiency. This includes understanding needs of stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, develop and manage project plans and schedules, and manage change associated with new processes and programs.
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) , plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews etc.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare exit interview feedback analysis for the management review and advise business leaders on the feedback to discuss on improvement plans.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plan, employee relationship management, employee performance review etc.
  • In charge of Payroll and tax submission etc.
  • Supporting projects/sub projects and working with regional HR (Taiwan, China, Thailand etc.) where necessary to align country HR policies and activities with regional initiatives.
  • Understand individual and organizational development needs. Develop effective learning strategies to address them.
  • Support in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and learning material which includes conducting periodic reviews.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or HRM with at least 8 years of related experience in HR.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, employee relations, diversity, performance management, payroll, talent acquisition, and learning & development.
  • Good analytical, problem solving, writing and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts (as the case maybe).
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic, and self-motivated individual.
  • High degree of organizational and time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities.
  • Able to commence on short notice will be an added advantage.
