HR and Admin Executive

Job Descriptions
- Handle the full Spectrum of HR
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including employee on-boarding / off-boarding activities
- Check staff attendance and overtime
- Process MOM work passes applications, renewals, and cancellation matters for foreign workers
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR21, IR8A
- Involving in performance appraisal and annual increment exercise
- Handling staff disciplinary issues and grievances
- In charge of all expenses and medical claims
- Prepare employment-related contracts
- Support training administration
- Renew yearly insurance and claims
- Maintain system accuracy of HRIS and foreign records with MOM
- Prepare and submit MOM surveys
- Oversee leave procedures, including monitoring leave balances and approving leave requests.
- Establish strong working partnerships with different Business Units in providing first-line support in all HR-related matters
- Support and manage employee relations and the communication process
- In charge of admin-related jobs
- Any Other Ad-Hoc task to assist.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR management and HR policies
- Experience in employee relations and payroll processing
- Understanding of HR regulations and compliance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Relevant certification in HR is a plus
