Roles & Responsibilities

The client that we are working with is a global trading firm that caters to the trading needs of both consumer and institutional investors.

About the Job

  • Attend to client queries (ie.trade-related queries, account queries) via phone calls, live chat and emails
  • Escalate queries to the relevant departments and round back to clients in a timely manner
  • Help clients to understand the trading lifecycle (ie. funding, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation)
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects such as market reserch and platform training activities

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in financial institutions
  • Good understanding of the financial markets & instruments (ie. Stocks, ETFs, Options, FX, Funds, Fixed Income)
  • Licensed with CMFAS 1A , 2A , 6 and 6A
