Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview:

As a Client Services Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.

Your role will involve managing client accounts, addressing inquiries and issues, and working closely with operations internal teams to deliver outstanding service and support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
  • Account Management: Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries, issues, and service requests.
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on client satisfaction and service performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of service delivery.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, and prepare regular reports on client account status and service performance.

Minimum qualifications include a diploma or degree in Business and 1-2 years of sales account management experience.

Fresh graduates are also welcome
