Our Client Services Executive provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the team. This role involves assisting with coordination, documentation, communication, and organizational tasks that enable us to deliver high-quality services to clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, organize, and file client contracts, itineraries, and travel documents.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in documentation.

· Assist in coordinating travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.

· Support invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking for client booking with cloud-based Mid-back-Office tool

· Update and maintain customer information and assist in analysis of customer actions, preferences, and feedback to inform strategic decision-making, enhance products/services, and optimize customer experiences

· Organize and execute events through digital platforms and technologies and ensuring that events are executed aligned to company's vision.

· Prepare necessary documentation for group itineraries, including visas and travel insurance.

· Coordinate logistics and provide on-site or virtual support during events or group departures.

· Any ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements

· Diploma in Business or equivalent in Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields

· Minimum two (2) years' experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in the travel industry.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· Able to work independently and is a team player

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to adapt to flexi / hybrid work arrangement
