Job Description:
Customer Success within CloudMile enables our customers to derive business value by leveraging Google Cloud, A.I. and Data Analytics as a solution to meet their needs. By understanding the needs and requirements of the customer, the CSM works closely with our Client, Cloud Engineer, Data Scientist and Technical Solution Architect to consult on best practices on usage and integrations of products for the project.
The CS intern will provide client-facing expertise on Google Cloud products, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of Cloud, A.I. and Data Analytics. This facilitates the process of identifying requirements that will be delivered as part of our service offerings, and managing the project implementation with our clients.
Profile Required:
- Preferred major in Information Systems, or Business I.T.
- Responsible for driving bid engagements along with Sales and Pre-sales Team (i.e. preparation for POC, demo and proposals)
- Responsible for engaging with business and technology partners for analysis, planning, and requirements gathering by working with internal and external stakeholders
- Affinity with resolving complex people and business issues
- Agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Actively participating in and driving priorities against scope, identifying the highest value deliverables to achieve the Client's requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with an inclination to think out of the box
