Enterprise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts, identifying customer challenges and requirements. Deliver holistic solutions and compelling value propositions utilizing all KM products and services to meet their needs.
- Conduct comprehensive account analysis, including white space analysis, to uncover untapped opportunities.
- Generate and nurture sales opportunities through face-to-face meetings, written communication, and telephone engagement.
- Successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across all product lines, solutions, and services.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing large accounts, cross-selling, and fostering a team-selling environment. Effectively engage in meaningful conversations with C-level executives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level contacts across business units within assigned accounts.
- Develop winning strategies for major RFPs within the industry and ensure active participation.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Submit timely reports to management, including updates on sales performance, pipelines, and account activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Positive, dynamic, resilient, and results-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving targets in a similar industry.
