Technical Account Manager for Enterprises

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers, understanding their unique needs and requirements
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring seamless integration of AWS services into their businesses
- Identify opportunities for business growth and work closely with sales teams to drive revenue generation
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require 2+ years of technical engineering experience, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for one of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
