Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers to gain insights into the Mid and Large Enterprise markets in Singapore, aiming to identify, develop, and close project opportunities. Provide consultation and guidance on key accounts' infrastructure refresh.
  2. Provide presales support, including designing Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Network Architecture, configuring Bill-of-Materials and Pricing, customizing Technical Proposals, and other presales tasks.
  3. Deliver individual and seminar presentations to prospects and customers, showcasing client solutions to foster new project opportunities.
  4. Conduct training sessions on client solutions and products for end users and channel partners at least once per quarter.
  5. Manage the presales aspects of tender responses by organizing, responding, and providing clarification on tender requests.
  6. Promote the full range of client solutions, hardware, and software to enterprise and government customers. Develop and deliver formal presentations and business proposals.
  7. Identify key customer requirements and collaborate with the Product & Solution team to ensure deliverability.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a technical presales role within the IT industry, with knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner/ISV solutions.
  3. Proficiency in Backup, Storage, Server, and Disaster Recovery Best Practices and Methodologies.
  4. Prior experience in managing tender requests.
  5. Strong consultative solution selling and business development skills, aligning client business needs with solutions, and understanding customer infrastructure and architecture.
  6. Ability to balance strategic and tactical pursuits to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue stream.
  7. Strong project management skills.
  8. Ability to collaborate effectively with partners to drive additional revenue.
