Presales Engineer/ Solution Engineer

As a bridge between the company's low-code PaaS, SaaS, and video conferencing products and customer needs, this role involves analyzing client pain points, designing tailored solutions, and driving their implementation. The role collaborates across departments to deliver value to customers and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to engage in pre-sales communication, understand client needs, and provide forward-looking recommendations based on industry trends and product features.
- Design competitive and practical software solutions, including low-code application architecture, SaaS module configurations, and video conferencing integrations, supported by detailed implementation plans.
- Lead cross-departmental discussions to ensure technical feasibility and refine solution designs based on feedback.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, prepare comprehensive technical documentation, and support market promotion efforts through industry events and client presentations.
- Provide technical guidance during implementation, address project adjustments, and ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
- Communicate market trends and client feedback to R&D for continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in software solution design, with expertise in low-code PaaS, SaaS, or related fields.
- Proficiency in low-code architecture, SaaS features, and multi-tenant principles.
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to deliver customized solutions for diverse industries.
