Roles & Responsibilities

Job Advertisement: Contract Order fulfilment - Chemical MNC

Location: Gul
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 12 months + 1 month completion bonus

No transport allowance, but company bus provided from Boon Lay, Jurong, Chua Chu Kang, Outram Park, Bedok MRT

Salary: up to 4500


Job Scope:

  • Manage procurement coordination with vendors
  • Process 3rd party invoices
  • Monitor sales pipelines and demand forecasts
  • Raise billings and manage billing accrual processes
  • Analyze sales and billing performance
  • Maintain sales and procurement contracts register
  • Provide reminders on expiring contracts
  • Perform data entry duties for metrics, sales figures, etc.
  • Pull reports and information from systems
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including conference room reservations, equipment setup, and travel arrangements
  • Compile and edit presentation details from multiple sources
  • Manage financial administrative tasks related to corporate card use and expenses
  • Ensure internal and external client demands are met
