Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities


Sales Planning and Management:

  • Develop and review annual sales forecasts, liaising with clients for input.
  • Facilitate the collection and analysis of monthly sales projections, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate weekly sales forecasts and production planning, optimizing resource allocation and inventory management, and summarizing findings for internal operations.
  • Liaise with Production Management Center (PMC) in HQ to confirm delivery schedules and provide feedback to clients, communicate with clients regarding any changes in delivery schedules due to resource issues or failure to meet Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs).
  • Manage customer acquisition processes and sales pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Order Execution and Fulfillment:

  • Generate and manage sales orders in accordance with delivery schedules and customer requirements.
  • Oversee the monitoring of delivery statuses and warehouse shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Accounts Management:

  • Facilitate the invoicing process and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring prompt and accurate billing.
  • Proactively manage overdue accounts, initiating appropriate follow-up actions to secure payments.
  • Handle bad debt cases with diligence, coordinating approvals and necessary write-offs in accordance with established procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in sales operations or related fields preferred.
  • Experiences with SAP is preferred.
