Job Descriptions
- Prepare Orders: Cook and assemble cheeseburgers and sides according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Food Quality: Ensure all food meets quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, following health and safety guidelines.
- Manage Inventory: Monitor and manage ingredients, ensuring stock levels are adequate and minimizing waste.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Oversee kitchen assistants and ensure they follow proper procedures.
- Time Management: Prepare and deliver orders promptly, especially during busy periods.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
- Compliance: Adhere to food safety regulations and kitchen protocols.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a chef or cook in a fast-food setting, especially with burgers.
- Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Grill Skills: Proficiency in using grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment.
- Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Focus on portion control, presentation, and consistency.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for long periods and handling heavy items.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to preparing high-quality food.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.
