We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Adminstration Executive to join our team In this role, you will oversee office management, handle administrative tasks, provide support to the leadership team on both personal and business matters & provide support on HR adminstration.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace

Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and other necessities

Assist the CEO with personal and business-related tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and errands

Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas, etc.)

Support administrative needs such as document filing, invoice processing, and expense tracking

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders

Plan and coordinate company events or team activities

Support the HR team on employee engagement activities

Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements:

Prior experience in office administration, personal assistance, or a related role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently

Excellent communication skills in Chinese due to the need to communicate with stakeholders

Proficiency in Google Suite.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
