Roles & Responsibilities

Job responsibilities :

  • Bookkeeping and accounting –

Prepare invoice, chase for payments

  • Maintain filing and document tracking
  • Carry out month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • applying for foreign work pass, maintaining staff leave records, etc
  • Handling staff's travel arrangements, office insurance & rent renewal
  • General office administration, e.g., stationery, pantry items, opening of a letterbox, scanning, photocopy of documents etc
  • Handle phone calls and courier services.
  • Supporting the commercial team with presentations if required.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Handle customer enquiries on website and social media pages
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy and above or related qualifications.
  • Minimum two years of relevant working experience in Accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Good attention to details, able to manage time and meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and team player.

Job description

  • Full time position
  • Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  • Salary - $1600 - $1800 (based on relevant experience)
