Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records (such as employment contract, employment letter etc.)
  • Update employee databases (e.g. new hires, benefits, medical insurance and sick leaves)
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in book keeping and accounts journaling jobs
  • Maintain and manage office stationaries, supplies, & pantry
  • Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE O/ A Levels/ NITEC in Business Adminstration
  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Words and Excel
  • Proactive and able to execute tasks within tight deadline
  • Must not be afraid of dogs as this is a pet friendly office
