Facility Officer

Job Description
- Assist to oversee day to day maintenance of assigned properties
- Assist to purchase consumables for maintenance team.
- Liaises with term contractors & client for maintenance & repair works.
- Create work orders for repair / replacement works and assigned to Maintenance Team.
- Updating of clients’ assets and history of maintenance works carried out.
- Liaise with clients & maintenance team for any repair and maintenance works.
- Obtaining quotations for repair and maintenance works when required.
- Handles clients’ feedbacks with follow up actions.
- Prepares daily updates and monthly management report.
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Facility Management / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people.
- Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience in facilities or property management.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- 5.5 Days Working Week.
