Facilities Management Officer

At ASIA PROPERTIES & ASSETS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD., we are seeking a dedicated Facilities Management Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our properties.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supports the Building/Condominium Manager to oversee office administration and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Handles inquiries, feedbacks, and correspondence related to the designated property.
- Performs routine checks to ensure effective maintenance of the designated property.
- Ensures designated contract works and routine servicing are carried out as specified in their contract agreements.
- Assists with reviewing service agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommends renewal or calls for quotation/tender.
- Executes tasks under the BMSMA and By-laws requirements.
- Coordinates vendor meetings, council meetings, and general meetings.
- Assists in preparing circulars/notices for the designated property's notice board(s).
Requirements
- Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days a week.
- Preferably able to start immediately.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
- Good administrative and computer literacy.
- Mature and outgoing personality.
