Roles & Responsibilities

1. Job Responsibilities

  • Arrange & assist internal and external executives' events (restaurants, meetings, forums etc.)
  • Manage & reserve flights and accommodation for business travel
  • Manage & assist employee's expense and prepare monthly expense report with gathering relevant proof materials
  • Screen personal callers and provide coffee/tea for clients during conferences
  • Assist and maintain billing procedures in accordance to office policy in a timely manner
  • Performs other tasks when required as directed by senior manager/leader
  • Organize and make appointments for lunches/dinners (ex. menu and organize seating plan etc.)
  • Order and dispense supplies - General Office supplies (paper, pen, file, box, etc.) – Breakroom
  • Supplies (water, coffee, tea, etc.) - Order business cards for employees
  • Manage mails and packages - Pick up mails from the mailbox and distribute - Prepare and send
  • UPS/FedEx/airborne packages (local/overseas) - Receive/sign for the package and bring to the employees
  • Prepare for the meeting, if needed (set up TV and water, A/C request in weekends)
  • Arrange internal and external events (Events, meetings, forums, seminars, etc.)
  • Assist all other tasks as assigned

2. Requirements

  • Approximately 3years + background in related position is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Korean required (Korean language required to liaise with Native Korean counterparts in their South Korea Headquarter, and to communicate with the CEO and VP on their schedules)
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work
  • Ability to work well in a small team environment
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
