Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR administrative tasks efficiently to support daily operations.
  • Act as a liaison with government authorities to ensure timely compliance with regulations.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between the HR department, site personnel, and dormitory operators to effectively address compliance-related matters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and fostering clear communication.
  • Oversee employee training programs, including registration, confirmation, and payment processing, to ensure workforce skill development.
  • Review HR-related invoices and initiate purchase requisitions while maintaining effective expense management.
  • Coordinate the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of essential supplies to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, with strong expertise in MOM Work Pass administration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
