TASKS
- Creating a casual atmosphere with a professional and personal approach to the guest.
- Giving advice to guests on menu and drink selection.
- Serving guests and taking orders.
- Preparing hot and cold drinks.
- Preparing the service.
- Keeping the wine list up to date in consultation with the Sommelier and restaurant manager.
- Managing the wine stock.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in the profession.
PROFILE
- Very good communicative skills (written and verbal).
- Hospitable, friendly and have a natural courtesy.
- Have a neat and tidy appearance and are punctual.
- Flexible and adjust your position in favor of the team.
- Commercially savvy, stress resistant and put the guest first.
- Able to organize, motivate and have experience in the highest segment.
- Enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious.
- Have an eye for detail and a “hands-on” mentality.
- minimum 2 year’s experience in a similar position.
- Good command of the English language.
