Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Restaurant Manager in managing daily concept operations
  • Engage with guest and ensure smooth floor service
  • Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
  • Deliver outstanding wine assistance to customers, customise suggestions to their preferences and facilitating their wine choices.
  • Manage wine purchases and inventory effectively (stock-take)
  • Work closely with our kitchen team to develop wine and food pairing options.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of wine, including varietals, regions, and vintages
  • Mentor and coach restaurant team members on wine knowledge
  • Stay informed about industry developments, particularly in beverages and wines.
  • Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary


Who we are looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a sommelier
  • WSET or CSW qualifications preferred
  • Individuals passionate about wines and dedicated to sharing the wine lifestyle with guests.
