Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend client needs and propose technical solutions aligned with their requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive technical proposals showcasing how our solution/services can address client needs effectively.
  • Perform solution/services demonstrations and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
  • Provide continuous technical expertise and support throughout the entire sales process, from proposal through delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and actively participate in the development of new solutions and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales technical solution consultant, project manager, or similar role.
  • Robust understanding of digital asset security-related solutions/services.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptive capability to meet the needs of the company and clients.
  • Preferred experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, cloud computing, and/or networking is a plus.
