Roles & Responsibilities

The Technical Sales Consultant is in charge of both sales and pre-sales activities and product specifications. The candidate must offer customers technical guidance on the application of Leviat brand products, identifying market opportunities to enhance brand recognition, and providing reliable and cost-effective solutions for issues faced by specifiers and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide active technical support to customers, internal sales, and production departments.
  • Oversee and drive the growth and performance of all sales operations within the designated market.
  • Implement plans in collaboration with Sales & Marketing Manager to broaden the customer base.
  • Expand business by recognizing and converting prospects, nurturing client relationships.
  • Identify potential business openings, assess their industry position, and explore sales possibilities.
  • Promote products by engaging with prospects, establishing connections, and suggesting solutions.
  • Meet set sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain client relationships by providing assistance, information, and guidance.
  • Generate reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Uphold service quality by enforcing organizational standards.
  • Prepare quotation proposals and actively participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and relevant events.
  • Develop and update marketing materials such as product brochures and website content.
  • Create presentations in cooperation with the Sales Department.

Job Scope:

The Technical Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in sales, pre-sales, and product specifications, offering technical advice on Leviat brand products to customers to enhance brand awareness while delivering practical solutions to challenges faced by clients and users.

Prior Experience & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a relevant field.
  • Hold a diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.
