Sales Account Manager

- Position : Sales Account Manager (B2B Sales/Corporate Gifting) + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
- Location : Yishun
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 Basic + $500 Transport Allowances + Performance Bonus + 2 Days Annual Leave (Every Year + 2 Days up to 20 Days) + Incentives + $1800 - Uncapped Commission)
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, and build a network of potential clients and partners.
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Prospect and acquire new clients, develop tailored proposals, and achieve sales targets.
- Proposal & Partnership Development: Create, present, and negotiate proposals and strategic partnerships to close high-value deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage key accounts, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop and implement a sales strategy, track and report on sales activities, and provide market insights to senior management.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
