Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled IT Solution Manager to join the pre-sales team, focusing on designing and delivering IT infrastructure solutions, including storage, backup, disaster recovery, and network architecture for enterprise and government clients. This role involves collaborating with account teams to develop customized solutions, managing pre-sales activities, and driving new business opportunities in a high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of IT infrastructure solutions, including storage systems, network architecture, and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals
  • Work closely with account teams to identify opportunities for enterprise IT solutions, providing strategic guidance and technical consultation to key clients across various sectors
  • Develop technical proposals, configure Bill-of-Materials (BoM), and create pricing models to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements and expectations
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our IT solutions and services to prospective customers and channel partners
  • Manage the pre-sales phase of tender responses, including clarifying client queries, organizing responses, and ensuring timely submission of proposals
  • Collaborate with product teams, vendors, and partners to deliver integrated enterprise solutions, helping to expand our solution offerings and market reach
  • Conduct quarterly training sessions for end-users and partners, sharing knowledge on product capabilities and solution benefits
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine and adapt solutions for maximum market relevance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales for IT infrastructure solutions, specifically focusing on storage, backup, servers, and disaster recovery
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including networking, storage systems, and cloud solutions
  • Proven experience in managing technical sales proposals, BoM configuration, and pricing strategies
  • Solid understanding of industry trends in IT, cloud technologies, and partner solutions
  • Consultative sales experience with the ability to align business needs with tailored IT solutions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and coordinate across teams
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver customer-focused solutions
