  • Contract administrative is responsible for below activities:Customer order booking
    Placing order to factories
    Arrange shipping and related logistics
    Billing and payment follow-up
  • The position needs extensive coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  • Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer-facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and company
  • Exchanges technical information, asks questions, and checks for understanding.

Required Qualifications

  • Accounting Diploma or related qualification
  • Good proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in working with SAP
  • Prior experience in handling order management, shipping, and logistics
  • Experience in large organizations with customers in the East Asia region
