Executive Personal Assistant to CEO

Position: Executive Personal Assistant
Work Schedule: 4 working hours per weekday + 1-hour meal break (Daily working period is between 10 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $25 per working hour + CPF benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a highly competent Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO in administrative, corporate matters under his leadership and personal matters. The ideal candidate must demonstrate trustworthiness, discretion, intelligence, and attentiveness in handling sensitive information and high-level tasks. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional English proficiency (both written and spoken), strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage emails, correspondence, and documents with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Schedule & Calendar Management: Organize appointments, meetings, and events while ensuring optimal time efficiency.
  • Communication Handling: Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, and presentations with professional language and tone.
  • Information Management: Maintain and organize critical files and records with utmost discretion.
  • Task Coordination: Assist in managing projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks as required by the CEO to support efficiency.
Key Requirements
  • High-level English proficiency (spoken and written) – ability to draft executive-level communications.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills to anticipate and resolve challenges.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • High level of organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and communication tools.
