Roles & Responsibilities

We are in search of a Personal Assistant to Provide the full spectrum of personal, secretarial and business support to the directors of the origination.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing administrative duties such as travel, hotel and meal arrangements and personal claims and documentations.
  • Collating agendas, attending meetings and minute taking.
  • Event scheduling, including researching costs, liaising with venues and booking facilities.
  • Developing actions plans to accommodate unforeseen situations.
  • Receiving high profile guests.
  • Assuming the first point of contact for the directors and attending to directors' personal matters as required.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritise tasks and workload, and respond to changing deadlines.
  • The ability to adapt to the different working styles of those you support.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive documents and information appropriately.
  • Good communication skills and great interpersonal.
  • Bilingual in Business English and Mandarin (spoken and read). This position required to take bilingual meeting minutes and draft memo etc.
  • A "Can do" approach, and the positivity and creativity required to continually improve processes.
  • Able to work on weekend or public holiday when required.
  • Some travelling is required.
