We are in search of a Personal Assistant to Provide the full spectrum of personal, secretarial and business support to the directors of the origination.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative duties such as travel, hotel and meal arrangements and personal claims and documentations.
- Collating agendas, attending meetings and minute taking.
- Event scheduling, including researching costs, liaising with venues and booking facilities.
- Developing actions plans to accommodate unforeseen situations.
- Receiving high profile guests.
- Assuming the first point of contact for the directors and attending to directors' personal matters as required.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritise tasks and workload, and respond to changing deadlines.
- The ability to adapt to the different working styles of those you support.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive documents and information appropriately.
- Good communication skills and great interpersonal.
- Bilingual in Business English and Mandarin (spoken and read). This position required to take bilingual meeting minutes and draft memo etc.
- A "Can do" approach, and the positivity and creativity required to continually improve processes.
- Able to work on weekend or public holiday when required.
- Some travelling is required.
