About the Company

Our Client is a private investment firm specializing in asset management and financial growth strategies.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a professional and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO.

  • Manage and optimise the CEO's calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of commitments;
  • Organise board meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes, and track action items to support executive decision-making;
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO, filtering and prioritizing as necessary;
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication;
  • Assist in tracking key projects and corporate initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution;
  • Oversee travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination, ensuring efficient planning for business engagements;
  • Maintain discretion in handling sensitive business and personal matters related to the CEO and Board of Directors;
  • Manage special projects, and cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in any discipline;
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant;
  • Experience in taking, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutes with accuracy and clarity;
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic approach;
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential information;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business acumen, with an understanding of corporate environments.
Employment Details
  • Full-time role with hybrid work arrangement;
  • Work location is in Central Singapore.
