Roles & Responsibilities

Sales operation management
1. Handle sales queries and discuss customer's requirements with the sales director.
2. Prepare quotations based on customers' needs/requests.
3. Support directors.
4. Issue PO to supplier.
5. Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and forwarders on delivery schedules.
6. Arrange shipment / check shipping document when order is confirmed.
7. Issue DO, update inventory listing.
8. Maintain a healthy level of buffer stock and ensure optimal stock levels.
9. Issue sales invoices when goods are delivered.

Account & admin
1. Follow up payment with the customer when overdue.
2. Prepare the doc to send to accounting firm to close account quarterly and annually.

3. Support Directors' admin tasks


Requirements
1. At least 1 year of relevant experience in a related field.
2. A bachelor’s degree in business admin/ sales / marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Ability to multi-task. Superior interpersonal skills are required to work with the sales manager, suppliers, and forwarder.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of cables & wire is a plus. • No quota for work pass. • Recruitment agency please do not contact.
