Sales Admin


Mon to fri office hour.


Job Description

  • Generate quotations and followed up with clients closely and promptly
  • Maintain and update order received list and monthly sales list.
  • Process and issue tax invoice, credit note and debit note.
  • Coordinate with operations for manpower planning.
  • Assist in procedurement when necessary
  • Ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred.
  • Responsible, pro-active, meticulous & committed team player.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Salary will be commensurate based on experience
