Position: Sales Admin
Location: Tiong Bahru
Working Hours: 5 days work, 9am - 6pm
Salary: Up to $3,000
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Admin will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth processing of orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Administrative Support:
- Attend to visitors, customers and suppliers or contractors at the office premisses.
- Provide general office administrative support to office manager.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Customer Service:
- Manage and record customer inquiries, providing information about products, pricing, and order status.
- Assist to address customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend to customers at sales and promotions events.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Order Processing:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the logistics team and delivery service company to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage documentation for all sales transactions, shipment and deliveries.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
- Assist the sales team during sales and promotion events
Database Management:
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in managing stock levels.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Proven experience in sales administration or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Pleasant disposition and team player.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to commence within short notice
