Office Work and Order Management: Handle incoming orders via phone calls, Whats App, and other communication channels. Generate invoices accurately and efficiently. Utilize kitchen scheduling software to organize and schedule tasks effectively. Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders from the kitchen to maintain consistency and excellence in service. During quieter periods, proactively engage in sales calls to reach out to potential customers. Showcase our bakery offerings and promotions, aiming to expand our customer base and increase sales opportunities. Requirements: Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in office software and familiarity with scheduling tools is preferred. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Sales experience or willingness to engage in sales activities.
