Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:


  • Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and direct them to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all sales-related documents.
  • Compile sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
  • And any other administrative duties as tasked
  • 5.25 days work week (Mon-Fri 0845-1745, Alternate Sat 0845-1245, No overtime work)


Job Requirements:

▶Proficient in MS Excel & Word

▶Able to multi task

▶Meticulous and careful
