Sales and Admin Executive

The Sales and Admin Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer service excellence and seamless administrative support to facilitate smooth team operations, contributing to the company's rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle, answer, and respond to all incoming telephone calls and inquiries professionally.
- Prepare and create invoices and reports, and assist clients through to sales confirmation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide effective after-sales support.
- Generate frequent reviews and reports using sales data.
- Manage business administrative tasks, including invoice processing.
- Perform data management tasks (CRM) and clerical duties such as data entry.
- Establish and coordinate the implementation of company administrative policies.
- Undertake other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher educational qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
