About the Sales Admin Officer Role

CMK ASIA (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Officer to support its sales operations in the Bedok East Region.

This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, maintaining client records, and generating sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, maintaining client records, and generating sales reports
  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of sales contracts, invoices, and other relevant documentation
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and client events
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline administrative tasks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our customer database

Requirements:

  • With or without experience in a sales administrative or client support role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
  • A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
