Job Description

The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Executive to oversee day-to-day sales operations, coordinate with commercial managers, customers, and internal teams, and assist the Managing Director with development projects.


This role involves ensuring smooth sales operations and performance, following up and coordinating sales activities from purchase orders to invoicing, monitoring pending orders, and providing status updates to customers. The Sales Support Executive will also be responsible for ensuring effective resolution of inquiries or claims, overseeing the timely collection of payments from customers, and managing administrative tasks and coordinating with finance.


The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organisational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also be dynamic, customer service-oriented, and have experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably within the telecom or IT hardware industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the team to ensure smooth sales operations and performance
  • Follow up and coordinate sales activities from purchase orders to invoicing
  • Monitor pending orders and provide status updates to customer
  • Ensure effective resolution of inquiries or claims
  • Oversee the timely collection of payments from customers
  • Manage administrative tasks and coordinate with finance
  • Assist the Managing Director with various development projects
  • Conduct research to identify prospects and update customer database
  • Participate in and drive digital marketing initiatives
  • Assist and support the sales team to run campaigns
  • Prepare reports and prepare meetings for the Managing Director



Requirements
  • Diploma /Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Dynamic and customer service-oriented
